Day 01 :
Dharchula to Gunji
Your journey begins from Dharchula, the Gateway to the Kailash region. After completing the necessary permit formalities, drive through one of the most scenic Himalayan routes towards Gunji.
En Route: Kali river, Tawaghat, Pangla, Chialekh Valley, Himalayan Waterfalls, Indo- Tibet Border Landscapes, Traditional Himalayan Villages
Reach Gunji village by evening and check in to your authentic himalayan homestay. Spend the evening acclimatizing to the altitude while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Adi Kailash Darshan and Return to Gunji
After an early breakfast, proceed towards the sacred Adi Kailash, one of the Panch Kailash Peaks and deeply spiritual destination dedicated to Lord Shiva.

If you can comfortably walk for a few hours on mountain trails, you"ll be able to enjoy the yatra. We also recommend staying hydrated and following basic acclimatization guidelines.
The Highest point of the expedition is Adi Kailash, Located at an altitude of approximately 5,945 meters (19,505 feet) above sea level. Our itinerary is designed with proper accilmatization to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Connectivity is very limited in the higher Himalayan region. Internet services are generally unavailable in the high-altitude areas. Basic calling is usually possible only on the bsnl network , and even that depends on wether and network conditions. We recommend informing your family in advance that you may remain out of network coverage for certain parts of the journey, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the himalayan experience.
